Absinthe 2.0 is out now and you can use it to jailbreak iOS 5.1.1 untethered on almost all devices. Except for the iPad 2,4 and Apple TV 3, all other devices are supported. How To Jailbreak iOS 5.1.1 Untethered On Windows, Mac or Linux

1. Backup your apps, photos and other stuffs via iTunes.

2. Erasing the data now makes the jailbreak faster.

3. Download Absinthe 2.0.

4. Open up Absinthe and click Jailbreak and wait.

    But the readme specifically says:

    - iPhone 4 (GSM), iPhone 4 (CDMA)
    - iPhone 3GS
    - iPod 4G
    - iPod 3G

    NOT SUPPORTED DEVICES:

    - iPad2 WiFi R2 (new model)
    - AppleTV 2
    - AppleTV 3
