The popular Seas0npass tool has been updated to jailbreak Apple TV 2G iOS 4.4.2 / 4.4.1 / 4.4 firmwares. For now, it is only a tethered jailbreak, and so you must boot into tethered mode after you reboot your device to get it working again.
